The senior partner, Gary Davison, established Davisons Solicitors in 1985. The firm now has 5 offices spread throughout the West Midlands, employing over 70 people, in Edgbaston, Cotteridge, Weoley Castle, Four Oaks and Lichfield.

Intermediary Services was established in 2003, specifically to work closely with mortgage professionals.

Mike Mitchell is the Head of Operations, having worked in the mortgage industry since 1974. Mike was previously National Sales Manager for a mortgage distribution company, and fully appreciates the importance of working closely with mortgage intermediaries. He will be your point of contact for regular review meetings.

We work from a modern office building in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

We have dedicated teams for Remortgage, Sales and Purchase. Each team is supervised by a qualified solicitor, each reporting to Darryl Wilkes who is Head of Conveyancing.

We can provide you with a regular flow of additional income, by paying you a referral fee on each case should you wish. We will supply you with all relevant information.
